Dr. William I. Shorrock was longtime professor of history and administrator at Cleveland State University. His love for learning and engagement with CSU is remembered fondly by his colleagues at CSU and beyond. He was a member of the French Colonial Historical Society for 25 years and served as its president from 1993-1995. As former Michael Schwartz Library Director Glenda Thornton wrote, “He loved people, books, and intellectual engagement.”
